Angelina + Andrew’s wedding was truly magical, but it almost didn’t happen. That’s because their big day was scheduled for Saturday, November 21, the day after the governor’s newest Covid-19 guidelines that limited wedding guests to 25. This restriction was made public just THREE DAYS before A+A’s wedding!
Cue the dream team that is Events on Pointe. Kaela + Kaitlyn managed to creatively (and beautifully) find a way to pull off their day AND still allow them to safely have up to 75 guests! They worked with Night Owl DJs to set up three separate rooms (with 25 guests each). The main room held the real-life ceremony, while the other two displayed a live stream of the nuptials. Dreamy candlelight made each viewing room cozy and romantic.
The day was full of starry details, a gorgeous jewel tone color palette, and even an appearance from Angelina + Andrew’s pug, Yoda. Because of the new restrictions, the couple’s reception was cut short. So, in order to spend as much time together as they could, they broke tradition and got ready together! It made for some of the sweetest moments and laughs. They ended the evening by sharing a group dance with their wedding party before sending each guest off with an individually wrapped Bundtini from Nothing Bundt Cakes and a hug.
Even though the day didn’t go as originally planned, I can’t imagine a better more beautiful way to host a Covid-19 wedding.
