Kay and James are from South Florida, and knew they wanted to travel to the Great Smoky Mountains for their wedding. They found The Magnolia Venue and instantly fell in love with the mountains, the view, the venue….everything. Last fall, they visited the Smokies looking for the perfect wedding venue. During that visit to Tennessee, they selected The Magnolia as their wedding venue. When their wedding day arrived on May 4, it was just as gorgeous as they had dreamed. Sunny, warm, and full of laughter and friends with the most amazing view! Their bridesmaids, groomsmen, and families flew in and drove from multiple states across the southeast to Gatlinburg for their destination wedding. One of the highlights of the evening was James ad Kay’s first dance. They worked with a dance teacher and choreographed their first dance, complete with a dramatic dip at the end with the Great Smoky Mountains in the background!
